Sweden: 3–7 business days depending on shipping method.
International : 5–15 business days depending on destination and shipping method.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays or transportation issues.

How do I return a product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your product within 14 days from the day you receive your item.

NOTE: The returned product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging together with its accessories and instructions. If the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, the money will not be refunded and the product may not be kept. If you have received a gift with your purchase, we ask that you also return this. If the product is damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service: info@clarice.se

Return by mail
NOTE: As a customer, you pay for the return shipping yourself.

1. Pack the product(s) to be returned:

  • Be sure to choose suitable packaging (preferably the original) so that the item is not damaged during transport.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest post office and remember to ALWAYS choose shipping with delivery. We do not collect packages from agents etc.

2. If you would like to request a return, you can contact us at info@clarice.se .

  • You must write to us to get the return shipping address.
  • Please note that you as the customer are responsible for return shipping.
  • Upon approved return, we will inform you how and where to send the package.
  • Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

If you do not pick up your order, the package will be returned to us as undelivered. This will incur a fee of SEK 250 to cover our costs.
